Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

Padroni di casa estremamnte gentili e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare per cose pratiche,quali parcheggio,raccolta rifiuti..l 'alloggio pulitissimo, con messa a disposizione abbondante di lenzuola,asciugamani,anche da mare,dotato di pentole ed utensili in abbondanza.L'appartamento dispone di due ingressi,un terrazzino dove si puo passare piacevolmente il proprio tempo,la posizione fantastica ,una delle piu gettonate nell'isola,sopra Cala Gavetta,un porticciolo che è una vera chicca ad un passo dal centro storico.Per tornare ci metterei la firma.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato tre notti da Mari. L’appartamento è grande, silenzioso e luminoso. Appena siamo entrati ci siamo subito accorti della pulizia e dell’attenzione verso il cliente. Un sacco di accortezze per vivere al meglio in casa e suggerimenti per visitare l’isola. Inoltre parcheggio interno comodissimo. Speriamo di tornare

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Siamo stati a Xenia-α per una notte, con una prenotazione last-minute. Daniele ci ha accolti nonostante l'ora tarda di arrivo. Gentile e ospitale, ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamentino è piccolo ma dotato di ogni confort: aria condizionata, bagno impeccabile, una piccola lavatrice per il bucato, caffè, thé e tisane e acqua fresca in frigo. Ciliegina sulla torta i buonissimi dolci che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Consigliatissimo!

Très joli village, avec un petit supermarché tenu par des personnes adorables, et avec un petit café-bar très sympathique dans le village. Proches de très belles plages à Budoni, petite ville plus animée (15 min en voiture ).

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento vicino a porto cervo. Il comprensorio di cala del faro è completo di tutti i comfort, ci sono 2 spiagge private e un area giochi sicura per i bambini vicino alla spiaggia. Il patio offre una vista spettacolare ideale per pranzare all’ aperto Parcheggio privato comodo e check-in rapidissimo Host disponibili e pronti a qualunque necessità Torneremo sicuramente

Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, super Ausstattung in der Küche. Sie hat auch daran gedacht etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig usw bereitzustellen. Es gibt Geschirrtücher, Spüli, Spültabs, genug Toilettenpabier, Waschmittel, usw... Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist riesig und es gibt sogar Netflix. Den 2. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Badewanne mit Whirlpool war sehr entspannend, das Bett und die Kissen waren auch bequem, nur etwas kurz für meinen Mann (1,80m) - aber in Italien so üblich. Badezimmer ist groß. Sofa war bequem. Wir bekamen einen Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die zwei einzigen Kritikpunkte sind das sehr grelle Licht in der gesamten Unterkunft (nicht so gemütlich), dafür Ambilight beim Fernseher und der Lärm der Nachbarn während unseres Aufenthalts, sowie morgens Hühner und bellende Hunde. Domenica war sehr nett und reaktiv.

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit wunderbaren Gastgebern!! Rita & Franco waren sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns gut mit Informationen über die Gegend & Gepflogenheiten informiert. Sie haben sich immer mal wieder gemeldet und gefragt ob bei uns alles passt & ob wir bei irgendetwas Unterstützung brauchen. Einfach unglaublich liebe Menschen!! Die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden bestimmt wieder mal kommen!! Ein Traum von Häuschen in einer wild-romantischen Gegend der Insel. Laura und Max haben uns herzlich empfangen, das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht, es ist schön abseits im grünen Hinterland gelegen und doch nah an zu dieser Jahreszeit komplett leeren, traumhaften Stränden und Örtchen. Für uns war es perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Die vier kleinen Hunde sind so unfassbar süß, dass es schwer gefallen ist wieder abzureisen und ihnen tschüß zu sagen. Jeden Morgen und jeden Abend waren sie uns eine lustige und fröhliche Gesellschaft. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Graziosa casa vacanze in una posizione strategica perché appena fuori San Teodoro e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più famose della zona, ma il fiore all'occhiello è la tranquillità che la circonda, un agglomerato di case immerse nel silenzio. Lo spazio esterno poi permette di mangiare fuori e rilassarsi sotto il porticato. I proprietari super disponibili e accoglienti. Consigliato.

Quel Paradis !!! Nous étions aux anges. Séjour délicieux. Nicole et Antonio très sympathiques. La plus jolie partie de l'île... sauvage, plage à pied. Encore plus joli en vrai. Bref merveilleux.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön. Großzügig und modern gestaltet mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein wunderschöner Pool und eine Lage mitten in der Natur Sardiniens. Tom war immer schnell zu erreichen und stand uns jederzeit zur Seite bei allen Fragen.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft 😀 alles sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Decken frisch gewaschen und riechen gut! Obwohl die Unterkunft etwas klein ist, gibt es alles was man braucht 👌! Die Aussicht ist ein Geschenk und werde sie nie vergessen! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen 😀

Ein wirklich nette Unterkunft die uns viel Freude bereitet hat. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Nur einen Makel hatte die Unterkunft die Matratzen waren steinhart. 😂
