Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. The property is located on an old farm surrounded by nature and a lake. It is about 1.5 hours from Berlin and is wonderful if you just want to relax. It is also suitable for larger groups. The property is located directly on the Elbe Cycle Route. The mobile barrel sauna can optionally be booked on site by prior arrangement ☺️ I look forward to seeing you!
