Beachfront holiday rental in Loíza

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

We had an amazing time at Carlos's Airbnb, the dock was amazing to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the boats and jet skis go by. He responded quickly and when we had an issue with the drain he sent his friend right over to help. The area has amazing kiosks and is very peaceful, Ubers were accessible and not too expensive to get where we needed to go. We highly recommend this spot especially for a romantic get away with your significant other. We will definitely be back to this spot, thank you Carlos for an amazing stay ❤️

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

The experience in Brisas de Piñones was wonderful. My family and I, made a great memory during our trip to Puerto Rico thank you to Caro and the Brisas de Piñones. Caro’s Airbnb is the most beautiful and comfortable in my experience. I have stayed in many Airbnbs in many cities and countries including Europe, England and France but this Airbnb was super wonderful. The Brisas de Piñones, was very clean, the utilities refrigerator, TV, AC, lights, and bathroom are great and excellent conditions. The patio area was great, I loved the decoration and the patio furniture was very nice. I loved the hamacas, billar table, BBQ, cooler, ect. The best thing was the pool, was amazing and clean. The area is very quiet and safe. There are many cameras and doors with security code keeping ours stuff safe and sound. I am considering coming back soon not only for the beach area and beautiful Airbnb, but for Caro and the best service during this time.

Here’s to another successful sisters trip. We had such an amazing time. Veronica’s place was so great, especially loved that we could literally walk a couple feet to the beach, which we did after a long afternoon of shopping and eating. Inside the home was also great it had extra touches like all the beach and hiking essentials you need. It just was a great home . My husband and I are already making plans about coming back and staying again. Seriously a good stay. Thank you again for everything.

We cannot say enough positive things about this property and host. We have stayed in many rentals, and let me tell you Carmen was literally the best host ever! Hands down amazing experience. The location.. could not have been any better. The rental itself.. had everything we needed. From kitchen supplies, to sand and beach items.. you could not go wrong. Washer and dryer were a plus. The place was even better than described here online. The space was everything we needed for our family of 4. We felt safe at the property. Had lots of fun. The pools were so refreshing after a day out. Carmen went out of her way and gave many recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The only negative part about this place was.. we had a hard time saying goodbye! We will definitely be back to this piece of paradise in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!

Edwin was a great host and the place was nice. The small attention to detail and traveler's needs were great. Edwin always responded in a timely matter and tried to accommodate every need. The things you should prepare for when selecting this location are: weather, it rains for a good part of April and most of May and at times it will cause a power outage. The mosquitos, I mean you can never really prepare for those, but pack accordingly. Check with the resort and host when traveling to make sure all amenities are functioning. The lazy river was not when I visited, and I wasn't notified if this. The beach, is actually at the end of the resort, maybe a 10-15 walk, and it requires a key. Edwin will leave the key for you. Don't go without it. This beach wasn't the cleanest or most appealing. Finally, if you're an animal lover, be prepared for the cats, dogs, lizards, roasters, and chickens, they're everywhere. I would book again. We made the best out of the situation

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home. Rafael is an amazing host!!! It’s absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Ivette was very responsive and understanding when I was running late for check in. The place is very well kept and clean. Pool was very nice as well as access to outside. She recommended a few restaurants nearby that were great. The only thing that’s could be a down side is how loud the planes are due to being near the airport. After a night I barely noticed. I felt safe and very lucky to have been able to stay at this wonderful place for a couple nights.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

This place was perfect for my husband and three of our children. Plenty of room. The view was my favorite part! Overlooking the beautiful water. Just steps from the beach. The pools were great, but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Closest restaurants where at least 20 minutes away so a car rental is a must. The property felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

Apartamento con todo lo necesario , muy bien suplido , lo unico que no nos agrado fue que la piscina ( la de rio ) no estaba funcionando por reparaciones a la misma, pero para ser justo eso no estaba al alcance de los propietarios .

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

Truly enjoyed our stay! Our family of 8 had an amazing time. We enjoyed the pool, private beach area and I especially enjoyed watching my boys play a game of basketball at the onsite basketball court (basketball included in the home). Hosts were also very responsive and would check in periodically to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend.

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

The condo was exactly as described. The 24/7 security was reassuring and the building itself you need a key to enter. This was our first time in PR and we were nervous on how smooth things would go. Victoria made everything very smooth to check in and quickly responded to our questions. My 5 year old locked the bathroom door which we didn't have a key for. We reached out to Victoria and she mmediately responded and got us back in. She was very helpful and I knew we had someone to reach out to with recommendations or questions about the area, but we really didn't have to because others that live in the condos were all very helpful and full of life! Best vacation yet!
