Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

We offer you our non-smoking house renovated in 2025 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a high quality fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace & TV, a guest toilet and a bathroom with spacious shower. The washing machine can be used if needed. From the open conservatory, you have access to the beautiful garden that invites you to rest, enjoy and, if you like, a barbecue party. We have bikes that they can rent for free.

Guests have the entire apartment and of course the bathroom to themselves. Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV are an integral part! Baby crib for a fee!

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

Completely renovated apartment completed in March 2024 in a quiet but central and easily accessible location in Lollar. Our apartment, located in a traffic-calmed turning area and directly on the Lumda (river), has a separate entrance, a large eat-in kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom with a 140cm bed, as well as a sofa bed and a shower room.
