Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lomas de Polo-Pinomar

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

Amaia left perfect instructions to get from airport to her home. It was between 10-15 mins from Alicante airport. Her pool was stunning, she went above and beyond to assist us prior to and during our stay. We arrived late at night so didn’t get to see how beautiful the villa was until the next morning. The pool was public pool size and the beach a short drive. Recommend one hundred per cent thank you so much

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Lola. She's a sweetheart. It helps you in everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's a luxury. Thank you. I hope to visit again.

I can warmly recommend the place. The apartment was clean and lovely rooftop. Even the cool air was not cold, the air source heat pump and radiator were a good addition. The car was always parked nearby. The area seemed very safe and peaceful. The pool is visible from the front door. Messages were always responded to quickly and kindly.

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well kept, super clean and tidy. You can see the attention to all the details. It also had all kinds of equipment and supplies. Everything was great! The location of the house is fantastic, just 2 minutes from the beach on foot. In addition, Natalia is a very good host. She was very kind and flexible, both with the arrival and departure times. We are truly grateful! We'll be back as soon as we can!

A lovely house with almost everything you need. We did miss having an oven, as there was only a charcoal grill. Communication was absolutely fantastic – very welcoming and informative throughout. The house is super nice, in a quiet area close to shops, workout options, and relatively close to the beach. We could definitely see ourselves coming back!

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

It was the most complete apartment we have ever stayed in, a well-maintained community pool, we were very comfortable and we had no problems with Natividad. It is worth noting a very important point, which is that the apartment was very clean and very complete in the kitchen area and in general. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is identical to the photos. We would be glad to come back

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

Had a great stay in this house with great facilities. Location is also great nearby the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Will come back!

Very warm house, the host is very attentive and equipped with all the daily needs, there are things that may be used to go to the sea, besides the network is a little unstable, everything is very nice, the host is patient and friendly, the response is very timely, let us leave a good memory in Alicante

We had a wonderful stay at Monica & John’s. The villa was beautiful, clean & private. There was a beautiful private pool which was spotless. The location was great, everywhere we wanted to go was within a short drive. Monica & John were very friendly and they responded straight away if we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.
