This place is near new and exceptionally well presented. Everything worked and it was very clean. It is very central to everything in the historic centre of Como.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Our stay in Lombardy was excellent in Flavia's appartment. It's roomy, clean and has all you need while also feeling very spacious. Flavia went above and beyond with a beautifully setup babybed in the bedroom and a children's seat in the living room. She was always very kind and respondes quickly. Since she lives in the adjecent house we ran into eachother multiple occasions. And although our son already had many toys to play with in the garden she was happy to get some more to entertain him. The apartment is near the village centre with a bakery, gellataria, and a few restaurants. So even though there is a lot to do in the area you can find almost all your needs on foot which is a big plus. We parked our car in the private garage which is convenient since parking spots are quite sparse in Italy, and it was easy to load and unload for our next day trip. All in all we had a great time in Italy and we were super happy with Flavia as our host.

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

Our stay in Giulia's apartment worked smoothly from the beginning. The check-in was clearly regulated and was even possible earlier than indicated, which made us very happy. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was also extremely clean. All the specified features of the apartment (e.g. fireplace, TV) worked perfectly. We had a few wonderful days in Milan and also had no difficulties checking out. We would like to thank you again for the great time, the hospitality and the friendly manner of Giulia. Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we have found the best solution for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Como at Silvia's apartment. Everything was as described and we really appreciated helpful advice about parking, enjoying the town, and travel around the lake. We wholeheartedly agree with earlier reviewer: everything about the apartment and amazing view 10/10. Kitty 11/10. Be prepared to surpass your goals on steps/flights of stairs climbed per day :-)

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

This place is perfect, a close walk to everything, very clean, the host is very nice and helpful, highly recommend!!

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
