In 5 minutes, you can reach the harbor with a fantastic sandy beach, jetty, kiosk, fish smokehouse, sailing school, etc. In 20 minutes, you can reach Helsingborg.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city bustle, enjoy the greenery, socialize or just listen to birdsong. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. Guest house in the countryside

Cozy, newly-renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open floor plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

Newly built, nice modern apartment on the ground floor in Lomma Hamn with all the amenities you need. In Lomma there are small, nice neighborhoods, a marina, several swimming areas with shallow sandy beaches, nice walking areas, restaurants, cafes and ice cream kiosks. If you like water sports, SUP, Kite or Windsurfing, Lomma is a fantastic. 5 min walk to Lomma center with grocery stores and Systembolaget as well as train and bus station that easily takes you to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue.
