Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. Spanning 23 m² (248 sq. ft.), it includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 liters, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a 120-cm bed, and in the living room, there is a 90-cm sofa bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark.
