Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Sowi Kamień are two cozy wooden cottages in the mountains with a beautiful, panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains and Rudawy Janowickie. It is an ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet and closeness to nature. Away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, in a quiet place that provides space and comfort. Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby you will find numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

The luxury spherical tents we offer are located in the open field. There is a breathtaking panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains. Right next to it is a forest, whose soothing noise completes every day. Our spacious cottages are decorated in a modern style. They are equipped with beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and heating, which will allow you to completely focus on rest, and the high quality of our glamping will guarantee relaxation on the level of the best hotels.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

A UNIQUE, UNUSUAL PLACE! The tree houses are small luxury apartments in Karpacz, equipped with the necessary furnishings to make your vacation in the mountains unforgettable and carefree. For your comfort, our tree houses have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In all houses, small heaters provide a cozy, warm atmosphere on colder autumn and winter days.

Get to the very end, or maybe the beginning of the road. Next is only the heart of the Karkonosze National Park. Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
