We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This is our uniquely built private guest suite located in the heart of Playa Del Rey and only 10 mins from LAX. Our bright and cozy suite is only 0.01 miles from the beach (less than 2 minutes walk). This suite is connected to our other unit but has its own private entrance. This suite has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and room and is designed as a 1bdr. It’s surrounded by local bars, restaurants, and Cafes. Only a 10 minute bike ride to Marina del Rey.
