The master bedroom has a king bed and has beachfront balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has beachfront balcony access as well. The sofa has a queen sofa sleeper. The grilling area is charcoal only would have been good to know, also had to go buy our own grilling equipment only to find out it was charcoal. There were several people above below & to the sides smoking & some were smoking marijuana. This is unacceptable when it is suppose to be smoke free. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Could use some up dating in the condo

Mark was very responsive to all my questions. The condo was perfect for our family in a great location. Parking is very tight so if you have several cars be advised you only have one assigned space and then it's first come first serve in the overflow lot, however there's a city lot you can pay to park in. Bring your own chairs for the beach or you'll have to rent them. Condo was very clean and beds were super comfy.

We were looking for a peaceful Spring Break Getaway to reset. Our daughter is a student athlete and Vacations Perfected offered us just that! Pristine Emerald Coast did not disappoint! The ease of arriving at the security gate throughout our stay was super simple! The decor was modern, beds were super comfy! Our favorite part of the property was the views from the bedrooms and balcony! Just breathtaking! We had a question for the host and they were super attentive and responded quickly with an answer! Vacations Perfected earned a new client! We will definitely tell our family and friends about our stay! Thank you for a wonderful Spring-break!

Kortney was super helpful with the condo. Pics do not to the condo or the view justice. Lots of space, and super clean. We loved everything about our stay and would come back in a heart beat!! Do not think twice about booking this condo!! It is worth every penny!!

The inside of the condo was very pleasing to the eye. It looks exactly like the picture advertised. We loved the size of the balcony and the view of the beach and the gulf that came along with it. Well pleased and will definitely book it again.
