Best place to stay if you are going to be in PCB!! Such a beautiful comfy home, and Sarah is the best host. Very responsive, and quick!

Nicole was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. I locations was beautiful and the house was perfect for our chaotic family. During the stay, we had something that needed attention pretty quickly and the response time was amazing. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If I go back to PCB soon, I will 100% try to stay at her property. The beds were comfortable, the back yard was AMAZING. The outside patio is set up for all kinds of activities. 100% recommend!

The house was beautiful, and the pool was amazing! Trey was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had, both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend booking with Trey!

Such a beautiful, comfortable home overlooking St. Andrews Bay. We relaxed, sunned, fished, cooked wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and were close to many restaurants and amenities. We loved the house and location and would definitely plan to return! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The pictures of this one DO NOT do it justice!!! The pictures show how nice it is but it was soooo much more! It is beautiful! Lots of space, and amazing outdoor area. Owners checked on us and were so easy to work with. We only actually went to the beach 1 day of the 5 we were there, it was so perfect and had everything you could possibly need we didn’t want to leave :). Highly recommend this property. Absolutely stunning!!

My family loved this cute place, in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was within a few min drive to the bay (we found a small public beach that was absolutely perfect), and to many restaurants. The beds were super comfortable. Jennifer was very responsive. We loved it!

I couldn't say enough great things about this rental. Honestly. From booking to checkout. First and foremost, the pictures do NO JUSTICE. This home was so cute! It was so beautifully decorated and super clean! Theres an ample amount of blankets/pillows/and sheets! Plenty of beach towels and accessories. A pack n play, baby bath, rocker, beach tent, and sit me up seat are also included for the babies and infants. My mammas know the relief in this! All kinds of appliances and dishes. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Also has a golfcart which is a fun addition. He was very responsive and informative. I would 1000% rebook anytime i come back this way. Great for small families, big families, and a couple families. Brought dogs as well and the fenced in yard and covered backporch with the industrial fan was PERFECT!!

This was such a cozy place. Loved having the little back balcony in the master bedroom. Sonya is the kindest host! Everything was just ideal for a small group/family. Future guests make sure you grab some food at the local steamer, Fords garage (pier park ) and Culver’s for a sweet treat. I look forward to coming back here in the future! Thanks again !

Absolutely gorgeous condo! With such an amazing view! Very well kept and cleaned. Awesome hosts! This place seems to always be booked out so make sure to book in advance!

Great Stay – Excellent Location & Responsive Host!

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

Beautiful view and convenient to lots of eateries, bars, and shopping. Walmart was less than a mile away. You really could leave your car parked the whole weekend. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. 2 Pools and a Hot tub. Super easy access to the beach. We had a very minor plumbing issue and someone came within the hour to attend to it. Our family of 6 had a great time.

Absolutely loved our stay. Such a beautiful Airbnb, location, neighborhood, and beach. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a getaway

Our family switched places last minute and booked here. I so so thankful we did. Our views each day of the ocean upon waking up were some of our favorite. We spent most of our time at the beach with LOTS of space. We love other areas of 30a but the beach’s are always to crowded. NOT HERE! Bruno’s pizza was one of our favorites almost everyday. Plenty of bikes for our family and loved having a beach wagon to help carry stuff to the boardwalk. We have nothing negative to say about this place! Thanks for sharing your place with us! We plan to return again.

Loved the house! So much room and well stocked with what we needed. The location was great, a short walk to some of THE most beautiful white sand beaches. We ate in alot and the kitchen was great! Light beachy feel to the house....lovely decor. Check in was easy and we had a great stay...close to alot of things to do and places to eat! Will come back again soon when I need my beach fix in a great state!

Nice house. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bedrooms. Nice beds. Lots of TVs. Pool table was a hit. Foosball and shuffle board tables also were used. Kids liked the pool. Plenty of beach gear and baby items. Quick responses from the host. We all had a good time.

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Wonderful location!-Very peaceful area! Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby!

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

Great stay! It was my third time staying and will definitely stay again!
