The rustic river front updated cabin has 300 feet of river frontage, fenced yard (except the riverfront). Rear deck has a hot tub, beautiful majestic view of the river. The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

Idyllic Cottage quietly tucked away on a non-thru side street near the Historic Ridge Path which leads you to downtown Gearhart. Short distance to the beach, Trails End Art Center and eateries. 1 Bedroom 2 bath Cottage is in excellent condition. Enjoy and relax in a nicely secluded tree covered woodsy paradise. This is not beach front. It is tucked away on a private road 12 min walk to beach, 4 min walk to Golf Course. A woodsy area where Deer, Elk, rabbits and many birds and squirrels visit

This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.
