My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness with also the sound of the sea!

The village of Conches is located at the forest's edge where you can walk through the forest ( 1500m) to the beach. Bud Bud beach " surfing "is 5 minutes and shops are 5 km away. We are 20 minutes from the sands of Olonnes, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour of the crazy man's puy. We are also close to the "ODYSSEA" bike path Bicycles are available free of charge.
