The beach is 1 km away, accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or through the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
