Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located near shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also very practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bicycles and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thank you to Nicolas for his kind intentions and for his responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a perfect short stay in Christelle's apartment. The setting is beautiful, quiet and green, with a very beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean and perfectly equipped, ideal for relaxing. Christelle was a welcoming and responsive host. Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

We had a great stay with my daughters! The little house is very pretty, tastefully decorated. We had the pleasure of being visited by ducks several times in a row, which was a unanimous delight among the girls. The proximity to bike paths, the beach and swimming pools is really a plus. Thanks to Anne's apartment, we discovered La Tranche-sur-Mer, a charming seaside resort that seems to breathe to the rhythm of the tides. The studio, nestled in a building with a slightly outdated Moorish architecture but full of romanticism, offers a unique and exotic setting. The pool right in front, the beach just beyond... You instantly feel like you're on vacation, enveloped in a sweet nostalgia for another century. The accommodation is very quiet, close to lively pedestrian streets and good restaurants. A beautiful discovery that we share without moderation.

In addition to being a very welcoming host, Melvin offers a very nice and functional apartment: clean and well-equipped. The residence is quiet and at the foot of the beach. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay in a very high quality cottage, very well equipped, renovated and tastefully furnished. It's as described in every way. It is with great pleasure that we took care of the geese present in an enclosure near the house. We enjoyed the large secure courtyard where several cars can be parked. The hosts are very welcoming, attentive, very pleasant, we recommend this accommodation and will return with great pleasure. We strongly recommend this cottage.

Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

A small but nice apartment on the third floor above the beach. We have never had such a beautiful view of the sea. We felt very comfortable. Ideal for a holiday by the sea. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know the region and the place.

We had 4 days just wonderful, this apartment is a real gem! The sea view from the terrace to the 4 corners of the accommodation and even the shower is just stunning! Total change of scenery guaranteed, we will come back without hesitation! In addition, Alain is very responsive if needed. Everything was perfect!

Very well located cottages not far from the beaches less than 10 min drive as well as parks, farms and shops. Bakery and playground 200 m from the accommodation, ideal for children. Very clean accommodation and in line with the description. I recommend it 100%.
