Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

A 5-minute drive from the historic center, this accommodation offers a pleasant and green living environment. Ideal location with easy access to local services and shops. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

We are 20 minutes from the sands of Olonnes, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour of the crazy man's puy. We are also close to the "ODYSSEA" bike path Bicycles are available free of charge.
