We loved our stay here! The house is in a cute neighborhood right near downtown Longmont. We loved the fenced backyard with a hot tub, super clean interior and having a washer and dryer was a major plus. The beds are super comfortable and we were able to watch Netflix on the TV. This place is awesome, has everything you need and the host is helpful and responsive!

Wow! One of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean throughout. Wonderfully soft, clean, and fluffy linens, beds, and pillows. Smelled great but not too overpowering. Fully stocked kitchen. The list goes on. It was the small things that truly made this rental stand out for me; beautiful blinds, lovely amenities in every bathroom, full size bath towels, the general aesthetic and care of details. It was like Jennell really considered what *they* might like to have in a rental and made it happen. I noticed and I appreciate that extra mile! Thank you for a beautiful rental and stay!!

Gene was an amazing host. We lived here for a few months and I have nothing but positive thinge to say about the host. Gene always responded when I reached out with questions. My husband needed an at home office and there wasn't originally a desk space. Gene immediately went out and purchased a stand-up desk for him! The home is also within walking distance to several parks and a few ponds. Downtown Longmont is only a few minutes away. We had a great stay. Thank you, Gene!

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

David's place was what we expected. It was close to where we were needing to be the whole week we were there. considering the prices of other places around, it was cheaper than them. It was less expensive and way more convenient than a hotel. It was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated to have the portable AC to help keep the place comfortable. We would likely stay here again if there were only 3 people. The fourth person was on the futon...which are not historically very comfortable. That isn't David's fault. We picked the location and went into if knowing what the place had to offer. David had accurate advertising and responded to questions we had. This was our first Airbnb experience which made me a bit uncertain.

The home was spacious and extremely comfortable for myself and 5 other family members. Perfect location for our Colorado visiting needs. Would definitely book this ABNB again if ever in this area of Colorado. Thank you, Josh, for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was perfect, felt right at home, very clean, comfy, and cozy. Location was perfect, quick drive to boulder, walkable distance to a brewery.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. I spent about two weeks here with my family, who were visiting me from India for the first time, and the experience truly exceeded all our expectations. Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay; I can’t wait to come back and recommend Jennie’s place 100%!

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

Very clean and easy to find! Perfect place to stay if you want something with lots of different food options within walking distance. Also fit the description perfectly!
