Our first AirBnb experience and it was amazing! Greg and Laura had all the comforts of home and are super welcoming. Also great when you are missing your own dog and Brisket is there. House was private, clean and the location was great! Got to know them and they are lovely ppl. Even borrowed some sunscreen and got some hiking pointers. I recommend to anyone staying in the Boulder area!

Michael’s place was wonderful. We came on short notice to visit our grandmother in the hospital. He even offered an early check in to accommodate us.

Christopher’s place was a great place to stay for access to RMNP/Estes Park area!

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Mary and Vern’s place was a great fit for our family. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely and comfortable. We appreciated the kids toys and books, as well as the well-stocked kitchenette. The hosts were warm and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Great quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need from supermarkets to scenic drives to national parks. Place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Private entrance and space

Gretchen and Chris were fantastic hosts while we explored the Denver area! The Airbnb was wonderfully comfy, clean, and provided ample amenities to recoup after a busy day of exploring. We appreciated how close it was to the heart of Denver, and that they offered us some fantastic food recommendations. We truly felt at home here— we would come back!

Great place to stay, Marcia was very kind and warm in all in interactions. She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, including expected weather conditions before my arrival. As well as notice of road construction in the area of the home accommodating me driveway parking for extra convenience. I will stay here again while visiting my son that lives in the area. Strongly recommend. This was our first time visiting Colorado and wanted to explore Denver and surrounding areas, and Kendra’s home in Arvada is the perfect location. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Not too far from any of the big attractions. The bathroom was our favorite part about our stay here!! The shower is massive and the double vanity is great. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We’d love to stay here again in the future!!

Great stay, highly recommend! The place was very cute and comfortable for the long weekend. Donna was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet close to all the things you want to access in Boulder. The beds were very comfortable and there were blackout curtains for the evening. During the day, the garden level suite gets tons of natural light! Loved this stay!

We had a great time in boulder, co! The location was amazing and it was close to everything while also being surrounded by absolutely gorgeous mountains… I will say, the only things that give me hesitation is 1: we thought it was a separate guest house in their backyard, not an attached basement. I went back and reread the listing and I think it just wasn’t 100% clear, but it’s also hard to know exactly what you’re getting with an Airbnb until you see it in person 🤷‍♀️ 2: laundry was listed as an amenity, but we had to get a key for it and couldn’t use it during certain times during the day which was a little tricky. Overall though, a great stay, amazing hosts and the most beautiful dog! We made great memories here and are so thankful!

Had a great stay here and enjoyed all the amenities including the amazing theater and hot tub and the beds were out of this world comfortable! wouldn't change and thing! Great hosts and super friendly pup!

Ashley’s place was perfect for us. Very lovely and even though you are in the basement, there is a lot of natural light. Place was very roomy and cheerful. We loved our stay. I would definitely recommend her place and will book again in future. Nice linens, cozy bed and very private.

Doreen is an excellent host - she has carefully thought of all things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - her guest suite is extremely clean and comfortable and outfitted with great amenities . We highly recommend staying with her.

Staying here was absolutely delightful and so worth the long drive from New Mexico. The hot tub was a a perfect detail and the outdoors area was beautiful. The home itself felt very welcoming and we appreciated how attentive Linda was. The cherry on top of our stay would be the friendly visits from the dogs. Would absolutely recommend booking this place.

This was an excellent stay! We travelled with two small kids, and the space was perfect, we felt right at home and the hosts thought of everything a family may need. Grant was incredibly kind and responsive. We plan to stay here again when visiting Boulder!

Comfortable suite in a quiet neighborhood!

We were in town for a CSU graduation. We were only at the unit in the evenings to sleep. The attic studio apartment met our needs. Thank you.

Loved my too-brief stay at Kevin’s property. Boulder is a great city and Kevin’s place is so well located. Would highly recommend.
