Monthly Rentals in Longstock

We had a gorgeous weekend at Colindale Cottage to attend a nearby wedding and couldn't have been more delighted with our stay. Karin and Viv our hosts were friendly and welcoming and we immediately felt relaxed in their beautiful home and garden. Karin has thought of everything and there is not a thing we'd change. We slept SO well and woke to the sound of birdsong in the peaceful garden. We were very grateful for breakfast items thoughtfully and generously provided and can't recommend this property highly enough!

Idyllic spot , I think it easily accessed the high street, which would be ideal if dining out. The family were so kind and welcoming. And the flapjack, was the chewiest most delicious that I have ever had. I needed a tranquil spot, with a bit of storage for flowers. This location ticked every box and more. I feel like I have been staying with friends. A stressful stay because of exams but made all the more calm because of the whole host family.

A beautifully located and perfectly modernly furbished mini upstairs ‘cottage’ with an exceptional garden view. Rosie a consummate professional host, and for those fortunate enough, a splendid cook too. A perfect halfway staging post for any on the Clarendon Way walk from Winchester to Salisbury, or vice versa.

Although small, The Lodge was perfectly formed! Every need had been thought off in a very organized way. The situation was very quiet, but close to the amenities of Stockbridge, where there are numerous Pubs and Restaurants. It is also close to lovely walks along the Test Valley. Pauline was delightful, helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
