Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Des chemins de randonnées en campagne et en forêt sont accessibles au départ du gite.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).
