what a BEAUTIFUL place with all the amenities and more. They really focused on comfort for all. cozy couch, fireplace, beds were soooooo comfortable along with comfortable pillow and 2 satin piowcases. Bathroom was fabulous. Towel warmer, ear plugs, tooth brushes. you name it, they had it. They even had umbrella hats for the hot tub, if raining. Hot tub was unbelievable. This place feels like a spa package. The hosts were unbelievable. Very tentative.

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

Our family had a great stay at Katherine’s cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful—just what we needed. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Garrett’s cabin was everything we were looking for! We wanted a place to relax, play games and cook s’mores! We got exactly that as well as being close enough to go into town to check out restaurants, shop and anything else we may have wanted to do. We look forward to our next visit to this wonderful cabin!

We had a great time at the house! So peaceful, relaxing, beautiful. You can tell the owner uses the property as well because all details were given extra thought and attention. Within 15 min to great golfing and restaurants. Caught several fish off of the private dock and had fun exploring the lake on the kayaks. Enjoyed warming up by the fire pit and in the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

María was a great communicator, friendly, and answered all our questions. She accommodated our last minute request to add an additional person with no problem. The home was lovely, right on the water, and so peaceful. The kayaks and paddle board were a plus. We had an awesome time despite it being a bit chilly. We hope to be back when it's a bit warmer!

Great place for a group to stay! Plenty of room and an awesome spot on the lake! Lots to do at the cabin, but also plenty to do in the area. Nathan was very helpful and the whole weekend was a breeze. Would recommend!

We loved our time at Border Point Lodge! The cabin is spectacular and has everything you could possibly want or need. The setting is picturesque - the lake is so peaceful! It was such a great place to relax, spend quality time together as family and make memories. Evan and Annie are amazing hosts! Typically, at the end of our family vacations, we are usually ready to get back home. That was not the case on this trip, none of us wanted to leave. We hope to return again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to stay!

We annually rent a lake cabin for a family getaway. This property is a cut above! And we always stay in nice places. It is clear that the owners love this place and spend time there themselves. The place is so well maintained, livable, and has everything we needed. So nice to stay in a place that isn’t just a rental!

Overall a nice place, very clean and no major issues. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. Linens were clean and even had a few extra blankets. Only 4 sets of towels but seeing you had laundry, this wasn't an issue. Finishes are builder basic, maybe a little better but work just fine for a cabin stay. Just know if you are staying in this clubhouse area, other guests have access to the building/common areas which are only separated by a basic glass interior door with a blind. The exercise room/common space shares a wall with the master bedroom so you can hear people coming and going to the hot tub/sauna. Not as private as you might like but if you know that going in or rent both cabins, not a huge deal. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 4 min drive to downtown Nisswa. Check out responsibilities are minimal and easy to follow with the provided guide. Overall it was a nice stay and Chad was very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate renting from Chad again. Thanks!

It was a very gorgeous cabin that felt like a home as soon as I walked in. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and in a clear way. Would stay again!

A hidden gem! Goodrich lake is a peaceful spot. The cabin is only a few steps away from the lake providing a wonderful view.

Beautiful cabin and peaceful lake. The cabin was cozy and clean. Bed was very comfortable.We enjoyed the use of boat and had a blast paddle boarding on river and lake.

We loved this little A-frame cabin! It was cozy and perfect for a romantic weekend to celebrate my fiancee’s birthday. We got to take the paddle boards out to the lake, and although our dog was not a big fan, we had a great time. Will note that there is overgrown marsh grass by the dock, so you can’t go swimming around that area (you have to be a little far away if you wanted to do that) but we didn’t mind. The cabin was equipped with everything you need to cook, including oil, sat, etc. They have a good selection of games to play with also. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Babe’s cabin for the long holiday weekend. Perfectly peaceful and close to some cute small towns. We especially enjoyed the sauna and the campfire pit. A very well-appointed cabin with everything you need for a weekend away. Appreciated all the local recommendations too. Would highly recommend checking out the Paul Bunyan Trail (access point in Nisswa) if you have a four-legged family member with you. We hope to be back again! Thanks!

Perfect cabin for my bachelor party weekend. A lot of amenities and fun lake stuff along with a beautiful cabin.

Beautiful lake view, and the house is well designed to see the lake nicely. The host was very well responded to all my messages right away. We were out of wood for fireplace and for outside fire, but they came and brought wood without even noticing. The only problem is the next-door neighbor was so close and got little territorial with us, but the host stop his misunderstanding. No worries at all it is a beautiful place we had so much fun and very quiet which we were looking exactly this much quiet place. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you to host.

Ted’s place was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the beautiful sunsets on Washburn lake, campfires on the beach. We played Yahtzee at the large dining room table. We cooked and grilled out every night! Beds are extremely comfortable! Showers had great water pressure. Amenities were great! We loved it all and Ted was warm, responsive and a wonderful host! We will be back!

A group of six stayed here to be close to our friend’s cabin on Big Sandy. Walking distance to Zorbaz was a huge bonus for us! The home was beautiful and the views stunning. Conveniently located to ATV trails as well. Our only complaint was no TVs in the bedrooms. But that’s what iPads are for right! Michelle was incredibly proactive and responsive the whole time. I had previously booked a different Airbnb before this place and it was an absolute nightmare host- so glad the universe steered us this way. We would for sure be back again and again if available!

Summer was great to work with, she responded to my messages very quickly and was super friendly. The house was great as well, very neat and clean. The surroundings were pretty private and had a great view of the lake. Our main activity was sxs riding, which worked out very well as the trail was only a couple miles away.

We had 7 guys up for a golf trip and this was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, and the view of the lake was wonderful! Highly recommended if you’re headed this direction with a group or have families with kids!!

Loved staying here with our two young children. A really well done unit with excellent craftsmanship and detail. Had everything listed and your private little beach. It was a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely come back to.

Love the remodeled Cozy Cabin! Place is awesome for a couple to get away and relax. We will be back schedule permitting!!
