Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Possibility to try and buy local fish from local fishermen near by. Due to Corona pandemic we are cleaning and disinfecting with Kärcher steamer for your safety and also with antibacterial soaps. Place is good for couples,families (with kids)solo and groups.Apartment has 2 bedrooms, livingroom,kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and huge private terrace with roof 25 m2 plus more shared 60 m2 terrace without roof.There is also shared(with 2 more apartments) swimming pool, sundeck, outside shower and one fireplace by the pool and another fireplace With table and chairs.Apartment inside is brand new.It's just a minute away from the beach and has amazing view at sea and surrounding islands

In another 10 to 15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica. So it is ideal place for relaxing. The apartment is on the first floor, it has a large terrace.
