Situated in the heart of nature, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

The Main house is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. With its amenities: wellness, fitness area and a pool with a sunbathing area, The Main house is the wellness oasis of the estate. Besides the relaxation area, beneath the volt find the hidden tavern and the wine bar, and on the upper floor sleeping and resting areas; two double rooms with bathrooms, a living room and dining room with kitchen. Dear guests, welcome to my newly renovated & stylish place which I designed and decorated with lots of love & care for your enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. It is very unique by its configuration through 2 floors & 2 terraces and can accomodate families & friends of up to 4 persons. Wish you relaxing and memorable stay!

This apartment, 450 m from the sea, is for up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a queen-size and single bed, a living area with a pull-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The 15 m2 balcony offers city and sea views. Free parking is available, and pets are welcome for a fee.

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Beautiful apartment in Njivice on the island of Krk for 4 persons, only 500 m from the sea. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a pull-out bed for two persons. Guests have at their disposal a private yard with a heated swimming pool, an outdoor terrace, a barbecue, a trampoline and a swing for children. One parking space is secured. Pets are allowed!
