Dear guests, welcome to my newly renovated & stylish place which I designed and decorated with lots of love & care for your enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. It is very unique by its configuration through 2 floors & 2 terraces and can accomodate families & friends of up to 4 persons. Wish you relaxing and memorable stay!

Apartment 2 Petrinić Marija (4+1)

Apartment 2 has two bedrooms (4+1), kitchen, microwave, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony and all accessories (bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils). Parking is also provided within the apartment. Near the apartment there is a shop, pharmacy, bakery, children's playground, restaurant, bus station, and the nearest beach is about 500 meters away. The most famous "Paradise Beach" is about 900 meters from our apartment.

Comfy apartment with big garden

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max five people) is on the ground floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
