David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

The property with its yard, pool and views is really beautiful. Whitney was very communicative and responsive through our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great weekend. Lots of memories are made.

This is definitely a family home that is loved and well taken care of. Everything worked perfectly and every detail thought about and explained. The pool and Spa were clean and welcoming and everything we needed for a family gathering was included. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable (especially the beds) - it was very hard to leave!

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

Home away from home, such a beautiful stay, everything matched in the photos yet photos do not do any justice to seeing this cottage in person. If we’re in the area again I know where we’ll be planning to stay again.

We were in town for UCSB College Graduation and the original home we rented on VRBO (13 months in advance) cancelled on us. Enter AirBnB and Matt and Robin's Shoreline Retreat. Location was fantastic (quiet neighborhood, walkable to water and into downtown SB). House was perfect - clean, not cluttered, and had unexpected "extras" such as toothbrush/toothpaste, laundry detergent, wine and snacks. Backyard grill... lots of spices and salt/pepper to allow us to make a few things at home without having to buy the grocery store. Seamless communication and when we realized we'd be arriving earlier than planned, they were quick to accommodate and early check-in. Highly recommend.

This is a second time booking this place and it never disappoints. Everything is in a walkable distance, dog friendly, spacious private yard, and a lot of room to be able to fit your family. I would definitely book again, my weekend was extra special with my family with this booking. Thank you!

great place! comfortably slept 5 adults and has spacious common areas with fully stocked kitchen for meal prepping and coffee. a few blocks further from the main street than I anticipated but very much still walkable in just a few minutes. a perfect launch point for wine tasting in the region with several dining and drinking options within walking distance for the evening. Also a great park nearby at the foot of the hills.

This place was cute and comfortable. Very close drive to Pismo and surrounding places to visit. It was clean. Lots of towels provided which is a huge plus. Washer and dryer made it convenient to rewash a few clothing items. Comfortable and cozy little backyard. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. Easton’s place was beautiful and the perfect home away from home for our family getaway. Location was convenient, and the house was well well cared for and organized to make our stay more comfortable. Additionally, Easton was an excellent host. We had a couple minor issues come up with the house during our stay, and Easton was responsive, understanding, and successful in resolving them quickly. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to visit Santa Barbara.

Very clean, had everything we needed, great place overall

This property exceeded our expectations. While the photos are good, the reality is even better! The home has lovely mountain views from the pool, and is located conveniently to airport. Town is a short drive and vineyards are even closer if wine tasting happens to be on your agenda. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but Lindsey’s property was possibly the most well appointed. The kitchen has nice, new appliances & is well stocked with cookware & dishes. Extra towels & linens are in abundant supply, & cleaning essentials were available & labeled. The linens and towels are fresh and the beds are comfy. The home is spotless, filled with sunlight, & perfect for gatherings of family or friends. The outdoor area is spacious with options for sun & shade. Take a swim, soak in the spa, sunbathe, exercise, play the many games provided, or watch tv on the big screen in the comfort of the shaded seating area. The house isn’t large, but is so efficient & has a very large outdoor living space.

We had an amazing stay. The house, the surroundings …everything just beautiful. Could not have asked for a better location; truly loved everything about the house.

Jim actually hosts. He was there to greet and orient us to his home. Made us feel welcome to his home where he lives and for which he cares and takes pride. Lovely place, lovely experience. A throwback to what Airbnb was meant to be.
