Se trata de un apartamento en el Residencial el Zumacal, que cuenta con piscina comunitaria, zonas ajardinadas, un pequeño parque y aparcamiento privado. Supermercado, Farmacia, oficina de Correos y La Caixa a 5 minutos a pie. La capital de la Isla, Santa Cruz, está a tan sólo cinco minutos en coche, así como la zona de Los Cancajos, donde hay varias playas que cuentas con Bandera Azul, a las que también se puede llegar andando. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila con bonitas vistas.

House with privacy and amazing views. The living room is the jewel of the house. It has a enormous panoramic window. The living room is cozy and has a 58" smart TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is of older date, but it is fully functional with all necessities for both short and long stays. Guests are welcome to use the terrace, the garden, and the BBQ area . Please note, that the house dosn't have a swimmingpool . Beaches and natural pools nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was clean and beautiful. We were able to prepare food ourselves in the kitchen, there was a filter coffee machine and were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine. Also, amazing location (the sea was near!) and the swimming pool was great. The restaurants in los Cancajos (and all over the island) were amazing as well. On clear nights we were able to see some mind blowing star lit skies from our balcony. When we arrived at La Palma airport, we rang Pilar and she picked us up with the car we were about to rent. She drove us to the apartment and showed us some lovely things entering la Isla Bonita. It was a really nice car. The day we returned home, a colleague drove us to the airport, such great service!! We absolutely loved your service and it was 10000% worth the money. Thank you so, so much, we hope we're able to visit again soon! 🫶🏻✨️

This property is exceptional. I’ve stayed all over the Canary Islands and Carlos's historic property in Santa Cruz de La Palma is one of my utmost favorites. It is right in the heart of the historic town, in a quiet neighborhood right near a reasonably priced parking garage. It has cobble stone streets and is right next to historic churches the Plaza de Mercado (like a Farmer’s Market), the historic Teatro Chico, the downtown walkable city (it is steep but worth it), the plaza, urban beach, lots of cafes, ice cream shops, stores, and minutes from the beach, airport, mountains, ferry. The location can’t be beat. And the apartment is incredible. Two bedroom two bathroom, salon, huge kitchen and eating area, washing machine, windows that look out over the neighborhood and ocean view, amazing high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows to watch the sunset through . Carlos is a wonderful and friendly host with lots of information about the town and island. I’d come back again and again!

Lugar de ensueño con vecino el mar y su sonido. Alojamiento amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario tanto en el piso como en sus alrededores. Nos sentimos como en casa. Patryk un anfitrión increíble que cuida los detalles. Indicaciones precisas y claras. Agradecimos mucho sus recomendaciones tanto de lugares que visitar como de restaurantes.

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic spot! The views out on the water were jaw-dropping, and an easy walk on the marine promenade leads to Los Cancajos Beach. Very easy drive to Santa Cruz, groceries, etc. Very clean, and Ivan was very communicative.

Pasamos dos noches fantásticas en casa de Montse. Desde el primer momento, su atención fue excelente, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto. La casita estaba impecable, muy limpia, acogedora y cuidada al detalle. Pero si hay algo que realmente queremos destacar son los desayunos: preparados por la propia Montse, deliciosos, completos y hechos con mucho cariño.
