Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

There are a total of 3 apartments in the house, all of which are accessed via the common main entrance. The AirBnB apartment is located directly on the ground floor. Below are the house owners Benedikt, Marina and daughter Lisbeth. Grandma and grandpa of little Lisbeth live above the AirBnB apartment.

Dream apartment in a former farmhouse

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

The small vacation home on the edge of the forest is secluded and yet not completely alone in the idyllic Ursental, a hamlet of Lossburg. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, families with up to two children or couples can enjoy a relaxing time in the Black Forest. For children there is a sandpit and other play equipment in the spacious garden.
