You must be over 25 and have experience to take it on the road, but delivery can be made to the Houma Civic Center, your home, or nearby locations. It is situated close to Downtown Ruston, Louisiana Tech University, Grambling State University, Ruston Sports Center, and Lincoln Parish Park (famous to mountain bike lovers). It sleeps up to six guests with all amenities of home. Two AC units and a covered canopy keep it cool in the hot Louisiana summer. Full water and sewage hook up. Lake access via community boat launch and also back yard has waterfront lake channel.
