Easy Living at a Downtown Penthouse with Private Terrace

See sweeping views of downtown NOLA from floor-to-ceiling windows or from the private balcony of this stunning city condo. The space is equipped with the finest modern amenities and is great for families or groups. Walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and the French Quarter while being one block from the streetcar line. 18STR-17170 The penthouse features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, accented by city scape views from the large surrounding windows. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with pillow top queen-sized beds with plenty of closet space, while the master suite features a pillow top king-sized bed and stunning bathroom. Upon request, a queen-sized air mattress with full bedding can be provided. You can find large flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, ready for all of your entertainment needs. Cook and dine easily in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware and dining area available to seat eight guests or ask us for options to bring a chef to cook for you and your guests! Each spa-like bathroom is supplied with complimentary toiletries and towels. The master en-suite features a fully marble shower and bathtub with surrounding shower heads, while the second bathroom features a marble sink and tub surround. If there's anything we can do to make your stay as comfortable let us know and were happy to help. Air mattress and pack and play available upon request 48 hours prior to check-in. Each guest will receive full access to the comforts of the penthouse suite through a front door key code. Rest easy knowing the comforts of home and the amenities of a luxurious penthouse suite are at the touch of a finger. You may contact us 24-48 priors to check in to find out if we can offer you an early checkin for a fee of $75-100. Amenities included in the unit are a washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, coffee, WIFI, and much more. The only thing that's off limits is the owner's closet which will be the only thing locked. We live in town and can be as helpful with your trip as you desire. We’re happy to answer any questions and can be of assistance should you need anything. The Warehouse District has everything needed for a comfortable getaway. The condo is steps from a grocery store, top restaurants, great bars, attractions and a short walk to the French Quarter. This space is a great option for attendees to the many conferences held in town. We are steps away from the St. Charles streetcar line. An excellent way to get around the city. Uber and Lyft can get you just about anywhere in the city in 5-15 minutes. Paid Parking can be found all around the CBD. Tucked off the street, this charming, fashionably decorated apartment features original hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub and mantels throughout. Vintage touches and a bright, airy kitchen add to the welcoming feel. Centrally located - just a walk or bike ride away from Frenchman St and the French Quarter. Walkscore of 90 and Bikescore of 97. We DO NOT host to children under 12 years old. Classic New Orleans apartment with character and charm located off the street in a lovely 1890's double shotgun. Stylishly furnished with many original architectural details - 13 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors and mantles, clawfoot tub with shower, and private, landscaped courtyard. Stylishly furnished - the living room sports a 52 inch t.v. + Amazon Fire Stick - the bedroom has a Tempurpedic king size mattress - the fully equipped kitchen has a residential size fridge and stove with seating for four. The private courtyard is located right off of the kitchen with a Weber charcoal grill and seating for four as well. Central heat and air, dishwasher, wifi, Keurig coffee maker, iron/ironing board and blow dryer. This apartment, as well as the courtyard, is private. You have your own gated entrance. It is not a shared space. We live on the property so if there is something you need, we can quickly respond and assist you. The home is in the historic, offbeat Marigny district, known for its bistros, bars, and music venues, adored by locals as well as vacationers. Walk to the French Quarter, Bywater, and Frenchman Street. Public transport and bike rental are close by. Located steps away from the St Claude bus line and a 8 minute walk to the St Claude streetcar line, both can take you to every part of the city. Walk or bike to Frenchman St and the French Quarter.
