Travis is the ultimate host. We were so impressed last year we came back again. The condo is absolutely lovely, the furniture to the paintings are immaculate. He is super responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend this place or Tavis enough, you will not be disappointed. The location is central to most locations and is one black from St Charles and the street car. There are good options to eat near and if you walk 10 mins you have even more or ride the street car. About the only thing I can say is its right beside the highway but you don't hear any noise inside so really... it wasnt a problem at all. Whenever we go back, we will for sure stay again because the service and value are very worth it.

The house itself was super clean and had great amenities. Plenty of clean bathroom towels and shower soaps, etc. The house was clean. The bedrooms were a nice size and beds were comfortable. Great blinds/curtains that allow you to sleep in. Had a washer and dryer. The heated pool was really nice. The locked entrance for all 3 units added a layer of safety which was nice.

Tucked off the street, this charming, fashionably decorated apartment features original hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub and mantels throughout. Vintage touches and a bright, airy kitchen add to the welcoming feel. Centrally located - just a walk or bike ride away from Frenchman St and the French Quarter. Walkscore of 90 and Bikescore of 97. We DO NOT host to children under 12 years old. Classic New Orleans apartment with character and charm located off the street in a lovely 1890's double shotgun. Stylishly furnished with many original architectural details - 13 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors and mantles, clawfoot tub with shower, and private, landscaped courtyard. Stylishly furnished - the living room sports a 52 inch t.v. + Amazon Fire Stick - the bedroom has a Tempurpedic king size mattress - the fully equipped kitchen has a residential size fridge and stove with seating for four. The private courtyard is located right off of the kitchen with a Weber charcoal grill and seating for four as well. Central heat and air, dishwasher, wifi, Keurig coffee maker, iron/ironing board and blow dryer. This apartment, as well as the courtyard, is private. You have your own gated entrance. It is not a shared space. We live on the property so if there is something you need, we can quickly respond and assist you. The home is in the historic, offbeat Marigny district, known for its bistros, bars, and music venues, adored by locals as well as vacationers. Walk to the French Quarter, Bywater, and Frenchman Street. Public transport and bike rental are close by. Located steps away from the St Claude bus line and a 8 minute walk to the St Claude streetcar line, both can take you to every part of the city. Walk or bike to Frenchman St and the French Quarter. Please let us know if you need any recommendations. We are here to help but we are also fine letting the guest have their space.

I chose Diane’s place over a few that I was looking at in the Monroe area. The first reason was price and the second reason it had a private suite (bed and bath). I had access to the laundry room and extra fridge to store my frozen packs for traveling. I had access to the kitchen and the living room. They have a nice patio but this was just an overnight stay for a safe and clean place to sleep. The bed and pillows (which are personal preferences) were perfect imo. There was a keypad lock on bedroom door and also door jams and door to floor bar to provide for more interior safety. There is no TV in the bedroom itself but this wasn’t a problem for me at all. I had my iPad if I wanted to watch anything thru a streaming service. She has a nice guest book and tourist attractions and was very helpful in adding more to my sightseeing schedule. I will definitely return to their home if I’m ever in need of a place to stay anywhere near the area. Safe ✅ Clean ✅ Beautiful ✅ Friendly host ✅

Our party of four had a very nice stay at this well appointed Airbnb. We especially enjoyed the open concept living space with the kitchen opening to the dining and living area and the big couch where we could all relax together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also well designed, clean and crisp. The garage parking was a bonus, and we appreciated the quick response to a question about the cooling system. Overall, a very nice stay.

Abbie's home was very easy to get to with plenty of street parking available on both sides. Even though we were sharing her home, we didn't see or hear anyone our entire stay. The house was very quiet, and full of thoughtful touches and supplies. I definitely recommend staying at Abbie's place!

We had a small family gathering and the house was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the many gathering spaces. The living room is huge and there is a separate theater room and a game room. It would be great for multi-generational get togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. We had a few questions and they were quickly answered by the property management group.

The house was immaculate, gorgeous, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. I would 100/10 recommend. The kicker, though, was the incredibly sweet and helpful host. Roxane offered several tips for the trip, was incredibly responsive to all messages, and went well above and beyond to ensure our vacation was as pleasant as possible. My friends and I who stayed at Roxane’s ABnB are all highly grateful for our experience there, and cannot speak highly enough of the house or host. I feel that anyone who stays there will be more than satisfied with the experience. They will be ecstatic!

Hard to find a place to accomodate 10 people so close to Canal and Bourbon and be so affordable. Easy to get in and out with the access codes. Especially when multiple people are getting in and leaving at different times. Place was clean and spacious.
