Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Louisville

The Cactus Suite was just that, sweet. It was the perfect place for relaxing and sleeping, what we needed on this trip. The bed was super comfy and the linens were wonderful. Would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home!! The location is perfect and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself is filled with delight - lovely decor and amenities, and very kid friendly (complete with books, blocks, toys, a baby gate, pack n play, high chair, changing pad, etc.). The beds were comfortable and all the living areas were furnished comfortably as well. We enjoyed every minute in the home and will definitely stay again for our next Louisville visit!

Great stay. Clear instructions given by host. Super clean with all needed amenities and located in a very nice neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend!

Diana Rancho Cucamonga, California April 2025 My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Cody and Marlana's home. When we arrived the place was very clean and supplied with many amenities. The beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable, which enabled us to have a restful sleep. Cody quickly responded to an issue we had with the ice maker, and solved the problem to our satisfaction. We rented this home because it was in walking distance to our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons. We were pleased that this gave us the opportunity to use the backyard for a great Easter Egg hunt. Thank you Cody and Marlana for your wonderful hospitality.

Christen’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even better than it looked in the pictures—larger, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, an ironing board, and more. The couch was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and the walk-in closet was impressively spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our 12-day stay at the "Annie House" was. Truly felt right at home in this welcoming place. The location was absolutely fabulous, being able to stroll & enjoy main street Louisville & cool nearby park. For our hosts, we can give them no less than a AAA+ rating being everything you could ask for. The home itself was so very comfortable & cozy and perfectly appointed right down to the cup hook key rack to hang my car keys just like at home. We feel Levi & Tif went the extra mile providing a highchair, pack-n-play & bedding for our new grandson, which was immensely appreciated. Thank you. We came to town to celebrate our son's graduation, his fiancé's graduation, both their birthdays, Mother's Day & an extended visit with l'il baby Liam. The privilege of having the historic "Annie House" (hosted by Tif & Levi), with its comfort, accommodations & location as our base of operations for all this has created wonderful, cherished memories for all of us.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

Carol was a great host. I felt very comfortable in the apartment below her. It was clean, quiet and comfy. It had easy access and I appreciated the binder she put together that describes recommendations for hiking, restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc! She deff works hard to make you feel right at home! I would stay here again in the future when I visit Boulder!

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

An amazing area to stay! Boulder is the coolest town, and staying at this air bnb was perfect! Located in an active neighborhood, we felt right at home staying here. Comfortable and practical! Would stay here again!

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Denver. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, we were able to explore the city like locals. We’d love to come back again!

Location was very convenient for us . Apartment was well equipped: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

Our stay was great for our needs and short time in the Denver area. I would highly recommend Dean’s place if you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable and affordable place to call home for a quick stay or a few nights. I have zero complaints. I especially appreciate the reasonable cost and convenience. No cleaning fee was a bonus! I think if I had my own Airbnb similar to Dean’s, I would also be willing to offer a great space for a realistic cost with realistic expectations. Thanks, Dean & family. If I am back in the Denver area again, I will gladly look you up 🙂
