Thomas Apartment offers a ground floor with an attic, where on the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living area and a bathroom. There's a spacious bedroom in the attic. In the apartment it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which will create a full-fledged extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and there is a private sauna with a lounge, an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose playground (tennis, volleyball), an electric WEBER grill, the possibility of using a petanque court or balls for children.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby.

Experience a romantic sunrise over the lake, or watch the water birds from close by, and if you want, from the comfort of your bed :) The studio on the lake was originally the studio of the architect - the author of the building. The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

From our Posed you can observe the surroundings and even sleep comfortably inside. The accommodation is economical and self-contained, suitable for a couple or singles who need an escape from busy days. Inside you'll find luxury, but the kind that doesn't glitter. Everything you will find here is made from natural materials and does not burden nature.

Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
