We had a great stay! Alexandros was super friendly, always easily accessible and gave us great tips for activities. The apartment has a great terrace and in the low season it is wonderfully quiet here. Glad to come back!

The studio is located very close to the main road, while at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. The hostess Maria is always smiling and kind, which contributed greatly to our wonderful holiday in this magical place. The village of Horto is small, but equipped with all the amenities and is a great starting point for any landmark on the peninsula. We would come back here again and again!

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Great place, you could walk to the beach, down to town and short way to the supermarket. Only minus is that there is some traffic that goes by but it went very well.

Niki’s place was a great place to stay in Skiathos - a couple minutes walk from the centre and 15 min walk from a really nice beach. Very good facilities available and comfy bed. Was very easy to find and not far from the port. Would stay again 😊

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. A charming and cozy apartment that feels like the kind of romantic escape you’d describe in a novel. It has everything you need for a perfect and intimate stay. Kiriaki, the host, is responsive, helpful, and kind. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Skiathos. Highly recommended!

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. Katerina made sure that we felt comfortable at all times. Right at the beginning, she gave us tips, but above all, the accommodation was always perfectly clean, towels and bed linen were changed regularly. And if we didn't wash our breakfast dishes, it was always done when we returned from our excursions. Katerina and her family were always ready for a warm conversation. A little olive oil from our own production was available at the beginning, and a small pretty farewell gift was hanging on the door on the way back. We can say that this house with its personal charm has more than exceeded our expectations. We say thank you for the wonderful time and can absolutely recommend the accommodation 😊

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

This is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from a multitude of restaurants and shops. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the Delphi Archeological Site (Oracle) which we totally enjoyed. The house has two full apartments, one on the ground floor and on below which faces the garden. There is also a loft upstairs with single beds and a porch on the ground floor overlooking a lovely view overlooking the garden below and the gulf in the distance. It was perfect for 2 older couples traveling together but would be equally comfortable for families. Although George lives in Athens he was quick to communicate by messages via Airbnb. We highly recommend this place.

Stunning little balcony with sea view in a quiet little corner. The host had recommended the right restaurants next door. Beach accessible by a small path 5’away and at the return alfresco shower at the bottom of the house. So cool!

Michalis' house is EXCELLENT! Sparkling clean, spacious, and with everything you can imagine inside. From soft drinks and sweets that were waiting for us in the fridge to knitwear and painkillers, this house had EVERYTHING! We were not as satisfied in the most luxurious Airbnb in Europe as in this house in Chalkida that clearly shows love, passion, attention to detail and respect for the guest! 2 rooms 2 bathrooms wonderful living room balcony and kitchen pet friendly with the owner friendly and discreet! Well done! 5 stars is not enough!

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

Our stay in Eleni was great!!! She welcomed us in the best way and was helpful throughout our communication!!! The house combines mountain and sea views. Nice spot easily accessible . I highly recommend it! Thank you so much 🙂

The flat is walking distance from the sea and looks exactly like in the photos. The host was easy to communicate with and responded very fast to anything we needed. Ideal for a couple or a small family with kids.

Very beautiful area with quiet, safe parking, clean sea and a very nice tavern just opposite the house.

A spotless room in a beautiful location next to the ring road. Two-room room with a view and everything you need. Cold water and juice were waiting for us in the fridge, as well as many ingredients and food for breakfast. Excellent hospitality.

I can't say enough about my stay at the home ! Mrs. Evangelia was very kind and hospitable ,with her smile greeted us. The location is great you have access to everything in just a few minutes. The apartment was comfortable and tasteful , it made me feel right at home. I highly recommend !!! 5/5
