Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alexandros war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Terrasse und in der Nebensaison ist es hier herrlich ruhig. Gerne wieder!

Студиото е позиционирано съвсем близо до централния път, като в същото време е тихо и спокойно. Домакинята Мария е винаги усмихната и любезна, което допринесе в много голяма степен за прекрасната ни почивка на това вълшебно място. Селцето Хорто е малко, но снабдено с всички удобства и е чудесна отправна точка за всяка забележителност на полуосторова. Бихме се връщали тук отново и отново!

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Flott sted, man kunne gå til stranden, ned til byen og kort vei til supermarkedet. Eneste minuset er at det er endel trafikk som går forbi men det gikk veldig bra.

Settimana perfetta e appartamento pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione. Host gentilissimo e sempre pronto a consigli su ristoranti e spiagge. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole scoprire l’isola (le spiagge sono a pochi minuti o c’è la piccola spiaggia del paese) e stare bene.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Niki qui nous a très bien accueillis. L’appartement est fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé pour profiter des différentes activités de l’île : plages, randonnées, centre ville et excursions en bateau … Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse. Encore merci pour tout Niki 😃

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

Bardzo nam się podobało w domku Georgii. Wszytko było dokładnie tak, jak w ofercie. Czysto, cicho i przytulnie. Jeśli jeszcze kiedykolwiek wybierzemy się na półwysep Pelion, to zdecydowanie chciałbym zatrzymać się w tym miejscu raz jeszcze. Pozdrawiam serdecznie

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Er is een leuk zitje waar je privé in de schaduw kan zitten. Het huisjes is compleet, schoonmaakspullen, kruiden aanwezig. Kiriaki regeert snel als je haar iets vraagt. We hebben 2 keer gegeten in het restaurant van haar broer, Castella, een aanrader!! Je zit aan de zee! Erg veel leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. Het huisje zit in het rustige gedeelte, op loopafstand van de drukte. Perfect! Dank voor de mooie week!

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. Katerina hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Gleich zu Beginn hat sie uns Tipps gegeben, vor allem aber war die Unterkunft immer perfekt sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Und sollten wir mal unser Frühstücksgeschirr nicht gespült haben, war das bei Rückkehr von unseren Ausflügen immer erledigt. Katerina und ihre Familie waren immer bereit für ein herzliches Gespräch. Ein bisschen Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion stand zu Beginn bereit, und ein kleines hübsches Abschiedsgeschenk hing bei Rückreise an der Tür. Wir können sagen, dieses Haus mit seinem persönlichen Charme hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Wir sagen Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen 😊

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

This is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from a multitude of restaurants and shops. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the Delphi Archeological Site (Oracle) which we totally enjoyed. The house has two full apartments, one on the ground floor and on below which faces the garden. There is also a loft upstairs with single beds and a porch on the ground floor overlooking a lovely view overlooking the garden below and the gulf in the distance. It was perfect for 2 older couples traveling together but would be equally comfortable for families. Although George lives in Athens he was quick to communicate by messages via Airbnb. We highly recommend this place.

Superbe petit balcon avec vue sur mer dans un petit coin tranquille. L’hôte nous avait conseillé les bons restaurant à côté. Plage accessible par un petit chemin à 5’ et au retour douche en plein air en bas de la maison. So cool !

Μείναμε πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένοι! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ζεστό – από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Βρήκαμε γλυκές λιχουδιές που μας περίμεναν στο τραπέζι, μια πολύ όμορφη χειρονομία που μας έφτιαξε τη διάθεση. Ο χώρος είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, με άνετο κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία μας. Ήταν μια ήρεμη, άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναέρθουμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Η διαμονή μας στην Ελένη ήταν εξαιρετική!!! Μας καλωσόρισε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο και ήταν εξυπηρετική καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της επικοινωνίας μας!!! Το σπίτι συνδυάζει τη θέα στο βουνό και στη θάλασσα. Ωραίο σημείο εύκολα προσβάσιμο . Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙂

Το σπίτι είναι στο καλύτερο σημείο, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε αγορά που δεν θα σου λείψει τίποτα. Βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα από την θάλασσα και σε 500μ. από οργανωμένη παραλία. Σαν σπίτι δεν του λείπει τίποτα, έχει ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για την διαμονή του. Το βασικό είναι ότι είναι φουλ διαμπερές με 4 μεγάλες μπαλκονόπορτες και είναι πολύ δροσερό, ειδικά το βράδυ! Το κλιματιστικό δεν χρειάστηκε σχεδόν καθόλου. Επιπλέον, ένα βασικό θετικό του είναι το πάρκινγκ του, στον εξωτερικό χώρο της πολυκατοικίας με καγκελόπορτα που κλειδώνει. Είναι σκεπαστό για τον ήλιο με μέγιστη ασφάλεια γιατί το βλέπεις κι από την κρεβατοκάμαρα, αφού είσαι στον 1ο όροφο. Ενδείκνυται για ακριβά μηχανάκια και αυτοκίνητα και ας μην είναι κοντά στον προορισμό σας ..! Τέλος, οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι κι αν χρειαστείς! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Πολύ όμορφη περιοχή με ησυχία, σίγουρο πάρκινγκ, καθαρή θάλασσα και μια πολύ ωραία ταβέρνα ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι.

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο σε μια όμορφη τοποθεσία δίπλα στον περιφερειακό δρόμο. Δίχωρο δωμάτιο με θέα και με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Μας περίμενε κρύο νερό και χυμός στο ψυγείο καθώς και πολλά υλικά και τρόφιμα για χρήση πρωινού. Άψογη φιλοξενία.

Δεν έχω λόγια για την διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ! Η κ. Ευαγγελία ευγενέστατη και φιλοξενη ,με το χαμόγελο μας υποδέχτηκε. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλα σε μόνο λίγα λεπτά. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο και καλόγουστο , με έκανε να αισθανθώ κατευθείαν σαν το σπίτι μου. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! 5/5
