great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Wow! What a great little house so close to so much! I felt instantly at home when we walked in. My puppies LOVED the back yard for the romping room but I loved the back yard because it was such a great usage of space! A “she-shed” office with a comfy lounger, a stock tank pool, a gorgeous hammock and the cutest overgrowing of wildflowers! The house itself was amazing! I spent over an hour going from room to room just noticing the tiny details. You could tell this house was put together by someone who definitely knows how to decorate interiors! The beds were comfortable, the pillows even more so, and almost everything had its own label. The kitchen was so well stocked with great cooking equipment, and there was even a bottle of white wine waiting for me when I got there 😍. Hannah, the owner, was so friendly and helpful! She let us check in very early and checked in on us everyday to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! Man…just a wonderful stay!

Kristy was friendly and very accommodating. We asked for an early check-in and she was able to check us in 3 hours early.

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Very nice house, the master bedroom is huge, having 3 full baths on a vacation was great!

We brought 50 teens and adults to Loveland for a mission trip. We split up between 5 houses and a group of boys and male leaders stayed at Robert’s house. They checked in with a surprise of chocolates from Robert that they all enjoyed! Little details like that can make a huge difference when being a host. The guys loved the house!

Krysta's home was absolutely lovely! We enjoyed the quiet location, just a few blocks away from downtown Loveland -- which has quaint coffee shops and delicious local dining spots. The home was updated, but still had several original features, like the key doorbell! Our family had the best stay there, and would definitely stay again.

Loved Cody's place. right near the heart of loveland, what a great town for resteraunts, shops and art. Cody was great host who was responsive and understandable. thanks Cody. loveland was amazing 👏

Beautiful house at a great location. Multiple parks, stores, and restaurants nearby to enjoy. Nicole was very responsive and recommended local events to check out. Our family enjoyed the board games provided and our dogs enjoyed the private backyard.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding in the area, and the home worked well for our needs. It looked like the photos—updated and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and anything we needed. Althea was responsive and accommodating, especially with our early check-in request after a 13-hour overnight drive into town. Check-in was straightforward, and everything went smoothly. A good, practical option for a short stay.

We loved our stay at Alyssa’s place! It was SO clean, well stocked, and it’s in a very peaceful neighborhood. The beds were very comfy, and the outdoor space was relaxing. We enjoyed having coffee on the back patio, and the whole family had fun playing cornhole in the beautiful yard! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Loveland!

The house was very accommodating for all my guests. It was close by to restaurants, stores, and parks. The house was in a nice quiet area. I would recommend this place to others!! And the host was very nice and responsive when needed!!

amazing place, only thing is, downstairs room gets warmer then the 2 upstairs room as there is only window AC units in the 2 upstairs rooms but still a great place to stay. Will visit again!!

My stay at Benjamin’s exceeded all expectations! It was incredibly kid-friendly. The sandbox was a huge hit, have high chairs was so helpful, and the kitchen was so well stocked. The hot tub was an added bonus and the views of the wetlands with endless red-winged blackbird song and mountains to the left was INCREDIBLE! Benjamin was also quick to respond and easy to chat with:).

Very comfortable bed was just what we needed. Felt safe and cozy. Would definitely return.

This place was fantastic! The historic charm of the house has a unique and interesting layout, which we really enjoyed exploring and using, including sitting in the sunroom and reading in the small area off of one of the bedrooms. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully chosen to match the character of the home. There are lots of nice houseplants that are well cared for. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The only minor challenge was that the stairs were a bit difficult for some of the older members of our group to navigate. But overall, we had an awesome stay. Another great feature of this place is that it is only a few blocks to downtown, where we spent a lot of time. Our favorites were Feel Love Coffee, Door 222, and especially Urban Field Pizza.

Had a great stay ended up staying for 2 weeks it was affordable and a really nice house my favorite part was the bookshelf door

Kami was exceptionally responsive. We had a small leak with the refrigerator, and she responded quickly, getting us what we needed. Hope to rent from her one day again!

Jared’s place was clean, comfortable and had the little touches like coffee, detergents and plenty of towels. My family and I were very comfortable. Also it was right next to the Loveland Loop which we thoroughly enjoyed. My sure to walk a mile towards Walmart and see all the praise dogs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Yariela & her husband were AWSOME host!!! Anytime we had any questions they were quick to answer. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Kelly’s was awesome! Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation from the board games, foosball table, hot tub, plenty of movies and a ton of electronic games! What more could you ask for!?! Definitely would 100% recommend staying at Kelly’s.
