Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lovers Point

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s & this spot is at the very top of that long list. It’s one of the most thoughtfully set up, comfortable & peaceful places we’ve ever rented. And the hostess could not have been more pleasant & helpful. All of this & a quick walk to the delicious restaurant’s, shops & scenery of idyllic Pacific Grove. I dare you not to have your expectations exceeded by, “Mainstay Cottage!”

Tori was communicative and amenable to an early check-in so that we could drop our bags before heading to the Aquarium. The house was impeccable and just like the pictures. The living room and kitchen space was so nice for our group to spend time together while being comfortable. Of note, the house did get quite warm in the afternoon. However, despite there not being AC it got to a comfortable temperature quickly after we opened the windows. Also, all of the beds were extremely comfortable! Thank you so much for hosting us in your lovely home.

We stayed at this house for one night and it was one of the best nights we had on this road trip. The house is very nice and clean and full of amenities that made us feel like home! We love the golf simulator as well and it kept me and my kids busy for a while!! It also has a nice ocean view from the window and makes this place even better! The hose is super responsive and even gifted us a bottle of wine!! I would highly recommend and come back again!

The copper nest was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip. It was ideally situated 30mins drive from UCSC. The beach house exceeded our expectations, and comfortably accommodated 8 guests. All aspects had been thought about by the host, from the detailed text messages pre arrival through to the prevision of supplies, saving the immediate necessity to go basic food shopping. The house was pleasantly furnished with high end product and the beds were so comfortable. The state beach (only foot steps away) was so peaceful, with barely a sole on this stretch. Both hosts were responsive to any issues or questions. Thank you

we loved staying here! everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the photos, plus you can’t beat the location! the beach was right across the street and walking distance to coffee, shops, food, etc. evan was super responsive and gave very clear, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. highly recommend for your next beach trip!! ☀️

We had a wonderful time for our “girls few days off”. Edna’s home is a great place to stay. The patio is a place to sit and enjoy nature. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was ‘squeaky’ clean when we arrived. Checking in was easy. The instructions were clear. Edna was very fast to respond to the few questions we had.

Dean’s place was great in terms of location, size and privacy. We’re familiar with pacific grove/monterey area so we knew what we were looking for. The house has (2) bathrooms which is great and appreciated as (1) bathroom abnb in the area are commonplace but with more than 3 people it’s great to have 2. House is located directly across from ocean walking path. You cross street and you are on the water-10 min walk to aquarium, cannery row, 10 min walk the other direction and you’re at lovers point restaurant. 10 min walk to downtown PG for many restaurants. Clean house, would stay there again for sure. Wife and I were there this time with 17yo nephew, 14yo and 12 yo sons. Plenty of space.

Mary’s spot in Big Sur is absolutely amazing! There is something magical about Big Sur, and Mary manages to capture and harness that energy in her space- beautifully decorated, but also perfectly functional- from the well equipped kitchen to the hot tub, wood stove, and sleeping arrangements- no detail is overlooked. I look forward to returning whenever the opportunity presents itself.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki’s! It was clean, quiet, and close to all we wanted to do - perfect for our 2 night visit!

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

The house is off the beach but a 2 min walk to the coast. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores in Pacific Grove. Very short, easy drive to Asimolar State Beach and the Monterrey Aquarium.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

Great location, apartment, and easy check in and out. Would 100% stay again! Very cute places to eat / shop / beach close by!

Very well located, clean and comfortable stay, with communicative, friendly but non intrusive hosts. They have very thoughtfully provided for every need that might come up during a stay including first aid, and personal care products. We enjoyed our stay

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

We had a wonderful stay in Aptos! Hosts were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. You can tell they take great care of the house and think of all the details and amenities a visitor might need. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and bbq, everything you might need is there. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view is breathtaking, we even saw whales! It’s the perfect location to local restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Very close to Santa Cruz without the hustle and bustle. My family would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Jennifer’s Capitola Breeze (Unit B) is perfect for family gatherings and vacations. Absolutely convenient location for walking downtown, shopping, restaurants and beach access. Convenient garage parking. Condo includes amenities in every room. Jennifer (Host) provided detailed instructions and information that made us feel at home. She was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!!

It was a great stay. We loved our time there and would definitely visit again.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

I don't even know where to start. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views were literally breathtaking. The pictures of this place were beautiful but seeing it in person was paradise on earth. You have a panoramic view of the ocean that runs the entire length of the condo. Absolutely gorgeous. Theresa was kind and very helpful with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom and I loved every minute of our stay. I can't wait until I get to go back. Thank you Theresa. My mom and I had the best time. I forgot to add that we really saw whales from living room!!!!!
