Luka and Varna were very responsive and helpful. The view was absolutely stunning. Free parking was much appreciated. The entire apartment was very thoughtfully stocked and it felt like a home away from home with all the modern touches. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super nice, modernly furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. It really had everything you need – from kitchen utensils to cozy extras. You immediately felt comfortable. Especially great was the fantastic garden, which was not only perfect for relaxing, but also enjoyed our dog incredibly well. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We had a great family holiday at the villa! The communication with our contacts Jelena in the In advance and Edi during our stay was super nice and straightforward! The sea view and tranquility there were unbeatable. The pool was a dream! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of. It was a completely successful holiday there!

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We have had a great time in Tuliševica. The property has a wonderful panoramic view, it is above Lovran. We have spent there a week with our friends and their families. We have enjoyed a lot the panoramic barbecue place and the lovely cooling pool there, as well. Hopefully we get back soon there again!

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We have enjoyed our stay at Gianclaudio's apartment. It is very clean and has great location!

The place is really very tastefully decorated. It is on the 5th floor, but that was not a problem for us. There is air conditioning if it gets hot. The area is very nice and quiet, you can easily walk to the city, about 15 minutes.

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!

This apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It was furnished with a lot of heart and the view of the bay is perfect. We had a very nice stay in this cute apartment.
