The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. In the living area there is a large sofa bed, so that up to 6 people can be accommodated in the apartment. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality lark floor and a cozy sitting area. The modern kitchen offers all the utensils for cooking.

The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
