There are a total of 7 rooms available, all of which were completely renovated and refurbished in 2025. Each room has a double bed, one or two wardrobes, a desk, a chair, and a smart TV. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the rooms. High-speed internet (1 Gbps) is available throughout the building. There is a shared bathroom on each of the three floors, which are cleaned several times a day. On the ground floor and first floor, there are also two newly furnished kitchens with a refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, toasters, and seating and dining areas.

Our cottage is quietly located near the town centre, between the main square and the A94 motorway. Munich, Passau, Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee are easily accessible by car. A nearby destination is Burghausen Castle, and even day trips to the mountains can be planned from here. Swimming lakes, supermarkets & petrol stations are all close by. A guest handbook in the house provides all important information about the accommodation, house rules, restaurants, local attractions and emergency contacts.

The university is one station away by subway. We are non-smokers and do not have any pets. We are a very well-maintained, orderly household. The Allianz Arena is 10 minutes away from us and Munich city center is 22 minutes by subway.
