Our cottage is quietly located near the town centre, between the main square and the A94 motorway. Munich, Passau, Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee are easily accessible by car. A nearby destination is Burghausen Castle, and even day trips to the mountains can be planned from here. Swimming lakes, supermarkets & petrol stations are all close by. A guest handbook in the house provides all important information about the accommodation, house rules, restaurants, local attractions and emergency contacts.

- The cosy, quiet room with is on the 2nd floor. - S-Bahn and two buses are a 7-minute walk away. - Airport, Freising, Garching, the city centre or the TUM can be reached in approx. 30 minutes. - Bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity, nice restaurants and cafés, Thai massages and beauty parlours offer relaxation. - In our kitchen you can prepare only vegetarian meals. - We have a dog. . If time permits, we pick up and drop off our guests from and to the airport free of charge.
