Beach chairs & umbrella rentals not included. Please bring your own chairs unless you intend to rent from Coastal & don’t forget beach towles. One free parking pass per guest. Additional pass available for $25 except only one space allowed per unit from Memorial Day until Labor Day to ensure each unit has a parking spot.
