My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. Relaxation and recreation in the middle of nature in a lovingly restored construction trailer on a beautiful rest farm with many animals and great excursion options. By arrangement, 1 dog is allowed if it is compatible with all animals and does not hunt. (To protect our animals.) You are welcome to use our construction trailer as a hiking riding station/riding holiday and can bring your ponies/horses. A separate meadow/paddock incl. Shelter/riding arena/great riding area is available.

The nearest bus stop is about 350 meters away. The nearest train station is a 3-minute bus ride away. There is easy access to the B239.

We offer a cozy holiday apartment for up to 8 people on our farm. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available The apartment with approximately 150 m² of living space is adjacent to our property and is available for exclusive use. It is lovingly furnished with high-quality materials and is suitable for allergy sufferers (therefore, unfortunately, no pets). The heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna invite you to relax, with a view of the Wiehen Hills.

In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.
