Everyone who is looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment in the Kontor is on the ground floor of the Traufenhaus. It is modern and individually furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The bunk bed is 1.40 m wide at the bottom and 90 cm wide at the top. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooker, fridge and of course everything you need to prepare a breakfast and a small meal. There is also a flat-screen TV and plenty of outlets to charge your mobile devices.
