Since 2019, the cute, tastefully furnished terraced house has proudly presented itself to its guests. The proximity to the beach and the Niendorf harbor was already appreciated by the fishermen. The cozy terrace with a large beach chair and the enchanting little garden - in which even a small garden shed is not missing - invite you to linger. Perfect for two to four people.

The two rooms are on the second floor of the idyllic village of Matzwitz/Panker in Holstein Switzerland, near Hohwachter Bay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be, and nature lovers will get their money's worth! The natural beach Behrensdorf is 3 km away, the beaches Hohwacht, Sehlendorf or Schönberg approx. 15 minutes by car. The Panker estate with galleries and restaurant is within walking distance. Well-developed bike paths in all directions!

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is. The terraced house is ideally suited for 3-4 people. From here it is a stone's throw to the tourist strongholds of Travemünde, Niendorf and Timmendorf or to Lübeck. Due to the location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer Nature Reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

Relax in this quiet and modern townhouse in the Grömitz golf residence. Beaches and promenade of Grömitz are only about 12 minutes' walk away. Use of the indoor pool (12 m x 8 m) is free, use of the (simple) sauna is possible for a small fee (outbuilding, 1 min. walk). The house has a spacious living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a terrace over the corner with south and east orientation. Bed linen/towels provided on request for a fee.
