Beautiful space with stunning view! Perfect to disconnect and relax!

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

!!! Hidden jewel of Tuscany !!! My girlfriend and I had one of the best holidays ever in this wonderful place away from the tourist strongholds. We were received in person by the host family upon our arrival. Just to let you know: Molly herself is just a kind of agency from the UK, with whom you have contact before arrival. We were then in contact with the host family on site and were very warmly welcomed by them. For the perfect start to our holiday, we were handed a homemade antipasti plate, fresh fruit, a cake and a bottle of wine. When we got a detailed tour of the property, we couldn't get out of it. Everything was just incredibly beautiful and prepared for us with so much love for detail. Starting with the pool area, which is equipped with the most seating, lying and chill facilities. Of course, the fire bowl must not be forgotten, which is just perfect for a cozy and romantic evening. In addition, there is the breathtaking view over Castiglione di Garfagnana and the associated nature. For us personally, the pizza oven and the associated barbecue station were an absolute highlight. The house has everything you need. It is super clean, well equipped (especially the kitchen) , the bed is really comfortable and here we really want to highlight the attention to detail in all rooms. In addition, the surroundings are beautiful, you can just love the small villages, the mountains and nature. A perfect place to just unwind and enjoy the tranquility. In the end, it is only to say that we are incredibly happy to have discovered this place, a week there was far too short and we can recommend this accommodation with full conviction. The stay at Sara's house was really very pleasant. This beautiful, recently restored house overlooks a fragrant, flower-filled garden. The kitchen is equipped with super appliances and quality dishes. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is of high quality. nothing is missing to fully enjoy the holiday. Another thing that makes this village special is the fact that you have to leave your car and walk home on a pleasant walk while your luggage travels on the tractor driven by Bryan. far from the noise of the city, I spent hours immersed in the peace and greenery of the woods in the background. Sara and Bryan are caring and welcoming hosts and know how to anticipate every desire. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience moments of true relaxation.

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

The host is great and beyond accommodating. The garden and pool area are a dream, much more beautiful and better in real life than in the pictures. You can highly recommend this place. The small village is super cute with good gastronomy.

Beautiful cottage! Felt really welcome. Perfect place to just relax. In the morning you could walk to the bakery and get freshly baked bread. Before we arrived Dominick sent us a really nice welcome document with a lot of info of things to do!

Nice and quiet place. Beautiful views of the hills .Lost of outdoor space and sweet distance sound of the church bell. Lovely place to get back too after a busy day elsewhere.

Gorgeous place, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! We had a great time at Elisa's. The house matched the description and had everything we needed. Having a 1 and a half year old child, she provided us with everything we needed for him, a cot and a high chair. Our son was free to roam without problems and obstacles. We felt right at home. The sea is just a short walk away. The area is very quiet, with maximum privacy and internal parking (perfect for unloading luggage with ease). There are all the necessary amenities nearby. Elisa is always available to answer all questions with suggestions. We will definitely be back ❤️

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything we needed and more perfect for the whole family and safe for little ones. Enrico and his team were great hosts very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Had a very nice time in an intimate and cozy house, which quickly became 'our' home. The cottage is located in the hills amidst olive trees and forest, although isolated, but it does not feel that way. You can easily forget the ballast of a busy life... Well worth it!

A wonderful place for visiting Florence. So easy to park for free in Galluzzo, jump on a bus straight to the Center. So nice to stay in a countryside surroundings after busy day visiting the sight. Elena was a great and very responsive host. Love the sweet breakfast the first morning. We are highly recommend it.

Beautiful house in nature, location as a starting point for excursions to Lucca/Pisa/to the sea,... well suited.

Our little family loved our stay here. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so much more beautiful in real life. The hosts were lovely and the villa felt just like being at home. It was very comfortable and the hosts accommodated our baby boy with a cot and high chair which was very helpful. It is a relatively short walk into the city centre of Lucca which was extremely handy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous old house, great area to explore.

A fabulous place in an amazing location. We sat in the garden everyday for breakfast looking at the beautiful views of Tuscany and San Gimignano. Marco was very helpful when we needed to contact him. The kitchen has all you need for 2 people if you want cook, but doesn’t have an oven just a combi microwave. Fridge Freezer was great for wine beer ice etc with plenty of space. Bathroom and shower also very good!

Concetta is the most lovely host! And the house provided everything we needed. Beautiful, remote area! Would gladly return.
