So kann die Stadt Luzern in 8 Minuten erreicht werden oder komplett zu Fuss entlang der beliebten Seepromenade in ca. 15 Minuten. Das Haus ist alt und es kann eine leichte Grundnote vernommen werden, was sehr empfindliche Personen bei der Buchung berücksichtigen sollten. Die Einrichtung ist modern.

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne, it is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountain Rigi. The flat includes a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom and a double bed (160x200). The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

It's a new and modern apartment with only one room and a lovely gallery. So it's an ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family (no separate bedroom!). In the bathroom there's a bathtub and a shower. You've got a good equipped kitchen.
