Dies ist mit 12 m² nicht sonderlich riesig, dafür strahlt es absolute Gemütlichkeit und hohen Komfort aus! Unser Einzelzimmer beinhaltet einen Sat TV, kostenloses WLAN, Radio, Miniküche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc), ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Bei uns findet ihr eine sehr schöne, individuelle Wohnung mit eigenem kleinen Garten und einer Holzterrasse, um die Sonne, den Tag und den Abend zu genießen. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang. Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung am Rande der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.
