Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers cozy vacation comfort for everyone. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. Our lovingly furnished thatched semi-detached house is located in Neuendorf-Heide, a small village on the Saaler Bodden between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The former farmhouse, built in 1850, offers 125 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of land for 5 people. The 3 floors of the cottage and the 3 shared gardens offer space for togetherness, but also retreats to relax. A day at the beach ends with the joy of a cozy home.
