We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

This fantastic 2-room apartment not only impresses with a spacious and practical floor plan, but also a large covered terrace. The house entrance and outdoor area are designed barrier-free. With the completely new furnishings, emphasis was placed on the highest quality: high-quality LED lighting, all window shutters electric, underfloor heating in every room. A top modern kitchen. 2 LED flat-screen TVs (smart TV, 55 and 65 inches) 2 box-spring beds, 1 sofa bed.

Garden house/tiny house "La Casita" in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning oven, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be placed as double or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but lots OF PEACE and NATURE. The garden with sun lounger, fireplace and tipi (summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be delivered.

The location is an ideal starting point for visiting Kassel with its museums, parks, the Documenta and the fairs, but also to the half-timbered town of Melsungen, Lake Edersee or the animal parks in Knüllwald or Sababurg. From here you can take wonderful hikes in fantastic scenery. Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

Beautiful new apartment in the Borken Lake District

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is very spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub and very large. Here you can relax your soul, experience relaxing days in harmony with a wonderful nature. You can make full use of all rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Nearby you will find great hiking trails, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinct volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Small, fine apartment offers everything the vacationer's heart desires for 2 people. A separate entrance and a private terrace allow you to forget everyday life in peace. The apartment is fully equipped with a private bathroom (shower, toilet), kitchenette, dining table, double bed and a small sofa. Seating is available on the terrace and a fire pit can be provided.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
