Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. Ideal for families, business travelers, couples & long stays.

Four single rooms, one as a cozy common room with 56" 4K TV, can accommodate up to 9 guests – we recommend a maximum of 6 persons. Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.
