The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

Mit drei Schlafzimmern eignet sich die Ferienwohnung für Gruppen, Familien, aber auch für Paare die das Besondere und Einzigartige mögen. Der nahe gelegene Bahnhof (1km) ermöglicht die Anreise auch ohne Fahrzeug.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Cette cabane en rondins est un parfait équilibre délicat entre confort moderne et immersion au coeur de la nature. Équipée en lit queen size de 160x200 cm. Lumière traversante avec une vue forêt et une vue étang. Un petit réfrigérateur, four combiné, une salle d’eau avec sa douche et un WC séparé complète ce chalet en fuste. Pour vous détendre, vous pourrez vous glisser dans votre bain nordique en semi enterré sur votre terrasse.

Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig mit direktem Eingang von der Hauptstrasse und Parkmöglichkeit.Gegenüber befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung mit 4Betten. Im Obergeschoss wohne ich und bin jederzeit für Fragen offen.
